That’s not sustainable. No one can keep that up… or, at least, not for very long. So, you run further down into the rabbit warren and start hiring more staff to help with the work.
Logical, right?

If the client is paying you $1,200 a month, and you have 8 clients, that means… $115,000 a year, MINUS $50,000, leaving you with $65,000.
You’ve DOUBLED your workload, and somehow you’re left with a measly $15,000 extra profit.
It doesn’t matter how big you grow your agency, how many clients you have, how many staff you take on – you, as the owner, can never earn more than $33 per hour at best. It’s a cruel and vicious cycle.
